Another high quality marketing model for national house builder.
A major part of our work involves producing sales models for housing developments and this is the latest off the production line for one of our regular clients, a national house builder for whom we’ve created dozens of models over the last 15 years. Typically these types of housing models are at 1:200 scale but because this was a large site with over 350 plots we had to drop down to 1:250 scale to keep the model at a manageable size for the sales office. If you click on the two smaller images to enlarge them you’ll see that there is still plenty of recognisable detail at this small scale so that customers get a clear appreciation of the house and garden they’re considering buying. The model is still awaiting some final details like cars and figures which will be added once the client has checked the model over.
Another sales model for Taylor Wimpey
This is the latest in a long line of models we’ve produced for Taylor Wimpey, one of the largest house builders in the UK. We’ve been supplying their sales models for many years and they keep coming back to us because of our consistent high quality, attention to detail and the fact that we always deliver on time. If you need a marketing model for your development we’ve got over 20 years of experience in this field so we can give you any advice and guidance you might need to ensure you get the best possible model for your requirements. Don’t hesitate to get in touch, even if it’s just for an informal chat and a rough guide on scale options and costs.
Developer comes back to us for a second sales model.
When we produced a sales model for this house builder last year it was the first time they’d used a 3D model as a marketing tool for one of their developments. They were very pleased with the model when it was completed and it obviously worked well because they came straight back to us for this new project, which has been equally well received. The model is at 1:200 scale which works well for this type of mid-size development because, as you can see from the images above, it allows us to show a high level of detail for both the buildings and the overall site (roads, paving, landscaping, etc.).
Another high quality housing model for national house builder.
Taylor Wimpey, one of the largest home builders in the UK, have been regular clients of ours for over a decade and this project was one of three sales models we’ve made for them in the last eight months. At 2.2m long x 1.7m wide it’s an extremely large model so they had to allow plenty of room for it in their sales office, as you can see in one of the pics above. For big developments like this, 1:250 scale is an ideal choice because it allows us to show a good level of detail without the model base becoming too big to be practical. This was an especially challenging project because, apart from having over 350 units, it was also a steeply sloping site which meant we had to accurately model all the levels and contours, including steps, embankments and retaining walls in virtually all the gardens.
Realistically detailed sales model for marketing suite.
We recently completed this 1:150 scale sales model for a new client, a Kent based developer, and as soon as it was delivered their response was: “…the model is fab! The sales director and sales advisor are both really pleased with it – it’s a great tool which will help us to sell these new homes off-plan! Thank you for all your hard work.”
What makes our sales models so effective is the quality of finish and high level of detail we can achieve. This gives house purchasers a clear vision of how the building and gardens will look and enables them to buy with confidence, even when the building is little more than a set of muddy foundations. Our client was so pleased with the first model we’re just about to complete a second project and are in the quoting process for two other sites.
